looking for a competent candidates to fill the position of Accounts cum
Admin Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts and ledger of the project
- Keep project accounts and preserve all accounts related documents
- Maintain the store and logistic related documents
- Perform role of administrative officer
- Prepare monthly financial and logistic report to respective authority
- Ensure compliance of donor finance, procurement and administrative policies, standards, procedures and government VAT & Tax requirements
- Establish and assist in maintaining effective internal control in the financial management of the project
- Facilitate project team in integrated financial planning, budgeting and monitoring in accordance with program guidelines
- Ensure standard record keeping and prepare & submit reports to stakeholders on time
- Maintain high confidentiality of documents and information and take adequate measures for safety and security of documents, information and other resources
- Facilitate administrative, necessary functions and provide support to project team for smooth operation
- Provide management with regular financial analysis to inform monthly review of program performance and donor reporting
- Prepares regular financial reports and works with finance manager for timely submission of reports to donor
- Assist Project Manager in project financial management
- Besides, do the regular activities as per guidance and direction
